Shipping

We attempt to ship within 24 hours from order time.

Deliveries on official weekends and holidays might face delays, therefore we do not commit to complete delivery in weekends, however, we will insha’Allah do our best to deliver as per our above mentioned time frame.

Shipping Partner

We ship products by means of 3rd party shipping services. We always try to get the most affordable shipping services in order to reduce the cost for our valued customers.

Out of Stock

Due to a huge selection and order quantities, we may go out of stock.

We are usually able to restock within a matter of days and in these instances, the delivery may take up to 10 working days from the date of your order.

Shipping Status

We encourage you to visit the “My Account” section on our website to view the delivery status of your Products.

Unless otherwise agreed by us, we will deliver your products to the address indicated on your order confirmation.

Loss

Accountability for loss of products delivered to the wrong address or missed due to wrong delivery information provided by you, lies on the customer.

International Shipping

We are is based in Muscat, the capital of the Sultanate of Oman,  and our shopping cart is currently set for Omani customers.

Nevertheless, we will insha’Allah happily ship purchases overseas using postal services.

However due to customs and restrictions on some foods we cannot guarantee all products.

Postage charges vary and will be agreed with you after we receive it. We will contact you (within 24 hours, Sunday to Thursday) via email to advise of the actual cost of postage before dispatching your purchase.

Return

You are absolutely welcome to request return of any returnable items within 14 days from the day of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened (in original packaging) and in the same condition that you received it.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and shipping of the product to our store address. You have to bear the shipping costs for returning the product.

If you are shipping an expensive item, you should consider using a traceable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that the returned item will reach us.

NOTE: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Non-returnable items

Several types of goods are exempt from our return policy.

  1. Items on Sale,
  2. Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, newspapers or magazines),
  3. Intimate or sanitary goods,
  4. Hazardous materials,
  5. Flammable liquids or gases.
  6. Gift cards,
  7. Some health and personal care items

Exchange

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at habtah@habtah.com

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Refund

Once your return claim is received we might ask you to arrange to return the item to our store or office.

After the inspection is over, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, and the status of the return claim, whether the refund had been approved or rejected.

If your claim is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a full or partial refund will be debited to your account or via the original method of payment, within 30 calendar days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, you might miss notification that refund is deposited to your account.
  2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  4. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us
